If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as Return to Sender, this usually means the carrier was unable to deliver your order. Common reasons include:
• An incomplete or incorrect shipping address
• The package was refused at delivery
• The carrier was unable to access your location

• Expedite a refund back to your original payment method, or

Important Note: Refunds are processed only once the package has been confirmed as returned to sender. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Certain Morphe products are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) for transportation, typically aerosols and alcohol-based items such as Continuous Setting Mist and Continuous Prep & Set Mist+. Because of safety regulations, hazmat items must follow specific shipping requirements.

- Definition & examples: Hazmat includes aerosol sprays and alcohol-based products (e.g., Continuous Setting Mist and Continuous Prep & Set Mist+, all sizes).
- No expedited shipping: Hazmat items cannot be shipped via 1-Day or 2-Day expedited methods. If you select an expedited option during checkout, your shipping will automatically adjust to Standard Ground.
- Refund for expedited fees: If expedited shipping was selected, the difference in cost will be refunded once the adjustment is made.
- Fulfillment & delivery timing: Because ground transport must be used, delivery may take longer than originally estimated. Unfortunately, additional reimbursement isn’t available for these carrier or compliance delays.
- Regional restrictions: Hazmat items cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally from the U.S.
